I'm posting this info in case no one here knew about this whole Maitreya movement. People make all sorts of claims as to who the Antichrist is (from Obama to the Pope), but it could not get any more obvious than this (for more info: http://www.satansrapture.com/maitreya.htm).

EDIT 12/25 - Could this be our Merry LAST Christmas? If an Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear facilities occurs in 2010 (not a matter of IF, but WHEN), then it very well will be. Tensions in the Middle East have made it a powder keg, all it's going to take to ignite is a spark.

As the world falls into chaos, this will be the perfect timing for the world leader (Maitreya) to come onto the world scene and share his plan of peace to the world.


As for those who call themselves Christians and expect to be guaranteed Heaven, Jesus said: "Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man." (Luke 21:36)

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 7:21)

There is no guaranteed escape (again, for more info: http://www.satansrapture.com/7772.htm), only those who are true followers will be taken in the first escape (rapture). The rest of the Christians are left behind along with the rest of the world to either accept Maitreya, or reject him and be persecuted / killed (taken in the Resurrection).
